Billy Mata and The Texas Tradition
together with Floyd Domino have been invited to
participate in one of the worlds largest Jazz Festivals in the
country.
We are particularly "jazzed" that they are spotlighting us.

we commend to you are the Firecracker Jazz Band from North
Carolina, the Original Wildcat Jazz Band from Arizona, the John
Molino quintet from New York City, and Billy Mata's Texas
Tradition from San Antonio (they know what to kick!)."
With more than 900 separate performances during
Memorial Day Weekend, the Sacramento Jazz Jubilee is the largest
Jazz festival in the Western United States, entertaining nearly
70,000 visitors every year. Thirty concert venues will stretch
from Sacramento cosmopolitan Downtown area to quaint Old
Sacramento's riverside boardwalks and cobblestones. There's
something for every music lover with about 100 bands performing
in more than a dozen Jazz generes, including Blues, Zydeco, Big
Band, Swing, Western, Classic, and Latin Jazz.
Billy Mata & the Texas Tradition will perform 10 concerts during
the four day festival. Grammy Award winning piano man, Floyd
Domino will also join famous piano players from all over the
world in their annual "Pianorama" competition.
